Work Flow Chart

1. Receiving Patient's Medical Reports:
    Once the patient gets in touch with us, we ask them to send their medical reports in order to consult the relevant doctors and get an adequate treatment plan.
This last is prepared as a proforma invoice and sent to the patient for their perusal and eventually their acceptance. 
They might be questions regarding the treatment plan or the cost, our team is always ready to get the answers for you.
2. Arranging Appointment:
    Upon the acceptance of the treatment plan, the patient informs us about the most convenient date to meet their doctor and eventually undergo the surgery/treatment.
The next step would be arranging their appointment according to that information.
Then the patient buy their flight tickets and choose their hotel (which is usually one of the contracted hotels near the hospital) our team makes the hotel reservations and the patient pays upon arrival.
3. Assisting During Treatment:
    Our team also arranges the pick up from the hotel and the hotel-hospital transportation the next day.
Our translators and if needed, our representatives will be waiting for you to help inside the hospital with all your needs and questions.
After discharge, we assure your transportation from/to the hotel/airport.
4. Follow-Up After Leaving Turkey:
    After being discharged and returning to your home country, we stay in touch in order to ensure your post-treatment is going well, let you be followed up by our known doctors in your home country, and eventually forwarding your questions to our doctors.
